Kutsenko Taras Vitalyevich is a conductor, musician and producer. Years of activity: 1996 - till nowadays. Born in a family of musicians in 1977, Kazan. He is a representative of Leningrad and Moscow School of Conducting. He graduated from two Moscow IHL (management and art)
