The Sloboda Virtuosi Orchestra was created in 2013 on the initiative of conductor Kutsenko Taras and Sloboda Virtuosi Foundation. Thanks to the professionalism of the conductor and musicians, the orchestra gained popularity in Ukraine and Europe as the most dynamically developing youth group. Today the orchestra performs successfully all over the world. The orchestra is the main guest ensemble of many festivals in France, Turkey and China. Since 2018, the orchestra received a new name "Ukrainian Honored Symphony Orchestra" and in full force was invited to China, Hunan province, Zhangjiajie city to participate in the province's concert activities.
The repertoire of the orchestra includes classical music and music of world composers in an original arrangement, which is composed by conductor Taras Kutsenko, especially for each project.
The Ukrainian Honored Symphony Orchestra successfully performs in many cities of the Hunan province and takes part in projects in other cities and provinces.
The Philharmonic Orchestra was established in 2019 by the decision of the Zhangjiajie government. The orchestra includes Ukrainian musicians Ukrainian Honored Symphony Orchestra.

Kutsenko Taras Vitalyevich is a conductor, musician and producer. Years of activity: 1996 - till nowadays. Born in a family of musicians in 1977, Kazan. He is a representative of Leningrad and Moscow School of Conducting. He graduated from two Moscow IHL (management and art)
– Moscow Academy of International Cooperation (faculty of management) 1998
– Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (instrumental performance and conducting) 2009
– St. Petersburg State Conservatory (assistant intern, por/ Alexander Alexeev)
The main teacher in conducting was his father - Vitaliy Kutsenko 2013.
He studied the art of musical organizations of plays and films for more than 15 years.
He is an author and co-author of music for plays of drama theatres and films.
His father, who was a graduate of the Leningrad Conservatory, student of Professor Nikolai Rabinovich and Isaac Sherman, passed him Leningrad conducting system received from his father.
Now the musician occupies a leading position in the world of professionals in creating new musical performances. Composes his own musical compositions and orchestrates them for any ensemble.
